New group members wanted!!
We are always looking to recruit new group members for our East and West Your Shout Focus groups

If you think that you might be interested in joining you might like to know the following:


What will I get out of it?

		It looks good on your CV
		Make new friends and meet new people
		Everyone gets something different but you might improve confidence, team work, public speaking, understanding how businesses work and feeling more positive about yourself

What qualities do I need to have?

		Be willing to voice your oppinion
		Be keen and enthusiastic to develop yourself
		Be able to listen to other people's views
		Be reliable and commit to coming along to the group

What will you be doing?

		Coming to the group session once a month
		Going on a group outing every 3 months for a reward and some fun
		Putting together our notes to make up a file showing what you have achieved
		Being a voice for young people in your area
		Help us to make decisions
		Get invited to go to other groups and help with other types of issues that affect young people
