What are we here for?
Vision
Our vision is to ensure that each young person in Somerset receives the help and support they need to enable them to maximise their opportunities and fulfill their potential.
Contribution
Connexions work with young people and a large range of partner organisations to support young people, to signpost them to specialist services and to offer advice that helps the young people to make decisions about their futures.
Focus
By offering individual support to young people we want to focus on:
• Making the system easier for young people to understand and use
• Involving young people in all aspects of the Connexions partnership and service
• Raising the participation and achievement levels of young people in learning and learning at work
